Summerlin can be a city all on its own, with a balanced mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Specifically, the community boasts around 36 parks and over 200 miles of trails, more than two dozen public and private schools, 14 houses of worship, and multiple fitness and wellness centers, among other amenities. It is divided into three associations – North, South, and West – that oversee a variety of commercial and residential villages.
